Cold Flame - Blues Rock Show
A welcome return to Chelmsford for one of Derbyshire's premier blues bands. Cold Flame will perform a set of their acclaimed original blues rock music as part of a double header at Chelmsford Social Club organised by promoters Black Frog Presents. Doors are open from 7pm with the band on stage from 7.30pm prompt. This set sees the band performing a selection of their acclaimed original blues rock songs promoting their latest recently released studio album' In the shadow of the Tarot'. Licensed bar.
The second half of the evening will see Cold Flame perform the music of progressive rock legends Jethro Tull.

Cold Flame
Formed in 1984, Cold Flame are an experienced English blues rock/ folk rock band specialising in performing original music with an impressive CV and fan base that has seen the release of several acclaimed studio and live albums during their 40 year plus history. Whilst most live concerts performed by the band are electric shows, they also perform regular folk rock shows as well. Cold Flame are currently signed to independent record label Starring Records based in west Yorkshire and there are plans for a new studio album of original blues material to be released in 2025. For well over 25 years, Cold Flame have also performed the electric and acoustic music of progressive rock legends Jethro Tull both in the UK and Europe and have supported and played with a number of ex Jethro Tull musicians including Clive Bunker, Mick Abrahams, Gerry Conway and Dee Palmer. The band have performed at several Jethro Tull Annual Conventions in various European countries. The band are currently regarded as the premier Jethro Tull tribute band in the UK. Look out for new concerts coming soon both in the UK and in Europe.
