Wolf Alice

North London's Wolf Alice take their name from a book by Angela Carter. Originally a solo project for frontwoman Ellie Rowsell, it soon expanded into a full four-piece band with Joff Oddie (guitar, vocals), Theo Ellis (bass) and Joel Amey (drums, vocals). Eloquently described by Clash Magazine as ‘the lovechild of folk and grunge’, Wolf Alice's off-kilter sound has seen folky vocals combine with the alt-rock of 90's bands like Hole and Elastica.

Bria Salmena is a talented musican initially being known as the frontwoman for Canadian experimental post-punk group FRIGS, which she co-founded with longtime collaborator, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Duncan Hay Jennings. Salmena then toured the world for the past half-decade with Orville Peck. In her solo music, Salmena pairs various eras of brooding rock music - from austere goth and cottony shoegaze to hypnotic krautrock and gleaming coldwave - with an introspective singer-songwriter approach, her rich, distinctive vocals a perfect match for evocatively personal lyrics.

Marked by two vocalists who often take turns within a song, Sunflower Bean is an indie pop trio out of Brooklyn. Formed in August 2013 with singer/guitarist Nick Kivlen, singer/bassist Julia Cumming, and drummer Jacob Faber (all teenagers at the time), they quickly earned attention for their alternately rock-edged and dreamy guitar tunes, and were invited to open on tours for the likes of DIIV and The Vaccines.
