Formed in 1984, The Red Hot Pokers have earned their reputation as masters of their craft—delivering a rich, blues-based sound infused with country, soul, and reggae. Their live shows are a masterclass in musicianship, blending energy, groove, and decades of experience into a show that will have you moving, swaying, and completely captivated.

Musical pedigree? They’ve got it in spades.
As well as headlining their own shows, The Red Hot Pokers have backed a long list of legendary American blues and rock 'n' roll artists including Lowell Fulson, Carey Bell, Lazy Lester, Frankie Ford, Big Al Downing, Nappy Brown, and Big Jay McNeely.
They’ve toured across Europe, Canada, and the Far East, and even became Van Morrison’s touring band in the early 2000s—featured on his acclaimed album "You Win Again."
