Hello there! We’re excited to invite you to our Monday Night Open Mic & Jam Session! Whether you’re a seasoned musician or just starting out, this is the perfect space to play, perform, and enjoy great live music in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
What to Expect:
Arrive around 8:00 PM to sign up and grab a good spot
Perform solo or jam with fellow musicians (at least 15 minutes per act, depending on turnout)
The host band will close the night around 10:30 PM with a few tunes
🎛 Backline equipment is provided, so no need to bring your own amps—just your instrument and enthusiasm!

San Jerome

San Jerome is a vibrant group of South Wales based musicians brought together by a shared love of Americana music. The band showcases stunning 3-part harmonies featuring Lucie Ann Flowers (vocals and percussion), Joe Hoskin (bass and vocals), Don ‘donnie joe’ Sweeney (guitar, piano, and vocals), plus Cardiff legend Steve Mitchell on guitar. Their repertoire is a rich mix of country, bluegrass, gospel staples, timeless singer-songwriter classics, and a selection of popular and rare tracks from both the West Coast and the South East “Country Soul Triangle” of Memphis, Nashville, and Muscle Shoals. Insole Court offers the perfect intimate setting for a memorable evening of heavenly harmonies and seamless instrumental synergy. The band will perform timeless acoustic classics that capture the essence of a bygone era and bring it to life in the modern age.
