The Cambridge Fringe Festival is back for 2025, with over 100 comedy acts performing across the second May Bank Holiday weekend (24th & 25th May) at four great venues in the city.
This year’s line-up features a host of TV regulars, festival favourites and exciting newcomers destined to be the next big thing. There will be something for everyone, with a diverse range of acts covering stand-up, sketch, clowning, musical comedy, improv and kids shows.
The Cambridge Fringe runs on a pay-what–you-want (PWYW) model where you can guarantee a seat for just £5.50. For those shows that are not sold out in advance, you can just turn up and provide a donation on the way out. All money goes straight to the acts.
Shows take place at The Portland Arms, Thirsty, The Boathouse and The Waterman, all of which are within a two-minute walk of each other in Mitcham's Corner.

Jordan Brookes
Welsh Unsigned Stand Up Finalist 2011 and winner in 2012. Annie McGrath
Annie McGrath is an ward-winning comedian, actor, regular Soccer AM guest and one half of double-act, Twins, with Jack Barry. 'Annie McGrath is particularly good at getting the timing of every punch line just right and the audience seems at her mercy with every line she speaks... she's also pretty good at acting’ (edfringe review) 'Laidback, freewheeling...
