Ed Gamble

Ed Gamble is a stand-up comedian, writer and actor. Ed has appeared on some of the UK’s most popular TV shows: Mock the Week (BBC Two), Man Down (Channel 4), Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC Two) and Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC Two), as well as presenting radio shows for BBC Radio One and BBC Radio Four. He won the prestigious Chortle award for Best Compere in 2014. Prior to this, Ed was co-writer and host of the iTunes-topping Peacock and Gamble Podcast as part of his double-act with comedian Ray Peacock. Peacock and Gamble also performed a sell-out UK tour in 2012, which was described as “a triumph of live comedy” (Fringe Guru) and “incessantly hilarious” (The Guardian). “A hugely likeable performer…an excellent comic” (Paul Whitelaw, The Scotsman). “A fully-rounded stand-up fiesta” (Brian Donaldson, The List).

Jamali Maddix

With an assured stage presence and considered material that comes from a fresh perspective, he already has the aura of a successful comic well beyond his years. He is known for his 'Hate Thy Neighbour' documentary series about the rise of the far right on Viceland TV. His natural confidence and charm allow him to tread gracefully across more sensitive topics leaving many of his contemporaries behind. He has won the Comedy Café New act of the Year Competition and the Chortle Student Comedian of the Year award in 2014. Big things await this natural talent.

Michael Odewale

Michael Odewale says he covers 'important issues such as racism, politics and pigeons' in his comedy. He was finalist in both the Chortle Student Comedy Award and the BBC New Comedy Award in 2016.

Sarah Keyworth

Sarah Keyworth is an award-winning stand up comedian who performs live regularly across the UK. Sarah has performed stand-up on The Now Show (BBC Radio 4) and has featured on the BBC, Comedy Central and has done tour support for incredible acts such as Stewart Francis, Dane Baptiste, Kerry Godliman, Jan Ravens and Abandoman. In 2018 she performed her debut hour, Dark Horse, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival drawing much critical acclaim, including a Herald Angel Award, a Pleasance Theatre award and a nomination for Best Newcomer in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards.
