About the show
A great event raising money for a great cause. Caerphilly Male Voice Choir and BTM Next Generation combine talents for this fundraiser for Alzheimer's Research UK.
Please note, the Hall is fully licensed so under 18s must be accompanied by an 18+ responsible guardian at all times.
Featuring
Caerphilly Male Voice Choir
Established in 1906, this 109-year-old choir is one of the longest running in Wales. Established by its founding Musical Director, Mr Jordan Davies, who was a keen cricketer, it was originally formed to provide funding for equipment at Caerphilly Cricket Club.
Mr Davies, who continued as the choir's Musical Director for the next 50 years, kept the choir active, and it went on to support the people of Caerphilly by performing at charitable events both locally and further abroad.
Currently the age range of the choir is from 32 to 91 years of age, with some
members having seen service for over 50 years. There are currently 31 members in the choir from many different backgrounds.

The BTM Band
Multi award-winning Welsh brass band comprising musicians of all ages and taking its name from the villafges of Bedwas, Trethomas and Machen near Caerphilly. The BTM Band numbers among the world's Top 20 highest ranked bands.
