Mae ffrindiau oes a chydweithwyr cerddorol Joe Wright (sacsoffon) a James Opstad (bas dwbl) yn eich gwahodd i ymuno â nhw am gyflwyniad i'r ffyrdd y gall cerddorion ddefnyddio alawon syml fel man cychwyn ar gyfer byrfyfyrio. Byddant yn chwarae cymysgedd o glasuron jazz modern, caneuon a chyfansoddion Cymreig, ac o bosibl rhai clasuron plentyndod hiraethus a allai fod yn gyfarwydd i chi! Mae Joe yn ddysgwr Cymraeg, a bydd cyfle hefyd i ddysgu cân syml yn y Gymraeg i'w hychwanegu at eich repertoire rhieni, a rhoi cynnig arni fel grŵp gyda'r ddeuawd fyw yn cyfeilio!

Long-standing friends and musical collaborators Joe Wright (saxophone) and James Opstad (double bass) invite you to join them for an introduction to the ways musicians can use simple melodies as a starting point for improvising. They’ll play a mix of modern jazz classics, welsh songs and compositions, and possibly some nostalgic childhood classics that might be familiar to you! Joe is a Welsh learner, and there’ll also be the chance to learn a simple song in Welsh to add to your parental repertoire, and try it as a group with the live duo accompanying!
