Ian Redfearn guide us through a range of whites and red wines from the vineyards of Chile and Argentina. With over 25 years experience in the wine trade, Ian makes the ideal host for the evening. He will give some background information on each wine, and explain what to expect from its aromas and flavours.
This event will be both informative and fun. Ian will welcome questions and comments. A selection of cheese and biscuits is included in the ticket price.
Numbers are strictly limited and pre-booking is essential. Tickets £25. Over 18s ONLY. Please drink responsibly. Book on Ticketsource.co.uk or via the Barn website.
Ian will have a small amount of the wines to sell by the bottle on the evening should you wish to purchase any. Cash and card payments are accepted.
Free car parking available on site, but vehicles cannot be left on site overnight. There is plenty of space for bicycle parking, and for drop-off / pick-up if you wish to arrange this. There are also plenty of taxi firms serving the Winterbourne area.
Buses Y1 and Y2 (operated by First) run between Bristol and Yate along Winterbourne High Street half hourly. Bus Y6 runs from Yate to Parkway Station and The Mall via Beacon Lane and the High Street. From the High Street (George & Dragon) it is approximately a 10 minute walk down to the Barn. From Beacon Lane the walk is shorter.
