The Limiñanas are the brainchild of Lio and Marie Limiñana, a Garage pop and psyche duo from France with the flair of a movie soundtrack. Think Serge Gainsbourg, meets Yé-Yé meets Phil Spector, or The Nuggets compilations and early Stooges and Suicide albums meets the Sixties film genres of Commedia All'italiana and French Nouveau Vague, while sounding only like The Limiñanas.
