Daniel J. Ash (aka Teenage Waitress) and his band are delighted to return to The Folklore Rooms, Brighton for an intimate show.

This two-act show will contain new and old songs, stories, mistakes (but the right kind) and almost certainly someone throwing their dirty underwear at the band.

Not to be missed.

?A pop alchemist par excellence. An album full of gleaming nest eggs? SHINDIG!
?Irresistible melodies and eloquent lyrics. Brilliant, bold and expansive? CLASH
?A 21st Century 'The Kinks Are The Village Green Preservation Society'. It?s a joy from start to finish and hands down my favourite album of 2023 so far.? Louder Than War

Teenage Waitress

Teenage Waitress is the solo project from Southampton’s Daniel J. Ash. In Ash’s own words Teenage Waitress is a “collection of other people’s stories set to what I hope are some instantly hummable tunes. Then once they feel pretty enough, I’ll drown it all out fuzzy, obnoxious guitars and synths that sound a bit poorly'.
