Greymatter
Great fun and truly engaging live performers, this all-girl British folk rock five-piece deliver stunning vocal harmonies, lively layers of acoustic and electric guitars, vibrant trumpet, and polished rhythms. Described variously as Nelly Furtado with a slight Melissa Etheridge huskiness, snatches of Syd Straw, tips o' the hat toward Fleetwood Mac, some 70s country rock, a smidgeon of Sarah Mclachlan, Natalie Merchant, Jewel, and Suzanne Vega.
