Shane Parsons (vocals, guitar) and Simon Ridley (drums) are better known as punk thrash duo DZ Deathrays from Brisbane, Australia. Former winners of the 'Best Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Album' at the ARIA Awards and 'Best Independent Hard Rock Album' at the Independent Music Awards, their magic blend of crunching riffs, pop hooks and futuristic bleeps are combined with lyrical tales of sleep deprivation, broken relationships and heavy drinking.
