A clubnight bringing together local artists and creatives, headlined by Mura Masa, powered by Relentless.
Bradford will be the final stop in a series of shows touring three UK towns, showcasing undersung people from sometimes overlooked places, and aims to spotlight local artists, local venues, local communities, and local stories.
Curated by filmmaker and DJ ZMARAKS, the night signs off with a lineup that boasts an array of talent, which includes GLOR1A, Yin Ying Boyz ft live local special guest MC’s, Rufus, Lloydfears, and Stave.
mura masa
Electronic / hiphop artist, producer and multi instrumentalist. The name Mura Masa comes from infamous Japanese sword-smith Muramasa Sengo. Alex grew up on the island of Guernsey and spent a lot of his childhood jamming in local indie bands. For a while, he immersed himself in indie and rock music until, at the age of 15, he discovered electronic music via Hudson Mohawke's experimental track Thunder Bay. Soon after that, he stumbled across James Blake, which made him realise the endless possibilities in music production. More internet research ensued and he came across other musicians like SBTRKT, Cashmere Cat and Flying Lotus, who all helped to shape his idiosyncratic mix of sounds.
