Lou Conran

Actress, writer, voiceover artist and character comedienne. Having trained as an actress she has appeared on TV and in theatre in the likes of ‘Jo Brand Through the Cakehole’ (CH4) and ‘The Borrowers’ (National Tour). 'Naturally funny' (Sarah Millican) 'A great emcee, quick witted, and adept at handling large rooms' (Gary Delaney) 'Lou Conran, pretty much one of the most confident and playful comperes we’ve seen recently, commanding a packed and raucous sell-out night with ease' (Latest7 magazine) '... with a cracking stage presence and good material…thoroughly engaging, you tell she has the talent' (Frog & Bucket) 'Louise is a naturally funny comic, with a warm and dotty stage presence that helps endear her to an audience. If she can build on the great foundations she has laid, she's sure to have a good future ahead of her. Witty, naughty but most of all good fun, with a touch of the Victoria Wood about her' (Toby Hadoke, XS Malarkey).

Susan Murray

Possibly one of the rudest women in the world today, and maybe also one of the funniest! winner of the first ever jongleurs competition and a seasoned regular on the circuit, Susan has emerged as one of the best female stand-ups around. A professional of the comedy circuit, Susan has contributed to an array of Radio 4 comedy: The Now Show, News Quiz, Newsjack and The Show What You Wrote. Susan produced her original idea for Radio 4 Extra “Warming Up” about comedians’ backstage habits. She has starred in “Jeremy Hardy Speaks To The Nation” and was a guest on Stephen K Amos’ “Idiots Guide” both for BBC Radio 4. 'She has the mentality of a spiteful 14 year old boy! Very admirable in a young lady!' (Arthur Smith) 'Susan Murray's baffled everywoman persona cloaks a dry, intelligent wit' (Stewart Lee) '... a right cheeky little lass who oscillates brilliantly and wildly between characters, accents, stories and banging the mike on her head' (Three Weeks) 'Cynicism that could fell a rhino at 1000 paces. Like it' (Al Murray) 'A feisty comedy fireball of fun' (Time Out).

Sean Moran

'Sean's first venture onto the stage was at the infamous Beat The Frog amateur night at Manchester's equally infamous Frog and Bucket, a notorious baptism of fire. But as a supply teacher, the ability to walk into a room, stand up in front of a crowd, do your thing and look at ease doing it, is a handy cross-transferable skill. 'The acidic Mancunian has a scathingly dry wit and writes some sharp observational comedy, supply teaching should yield a rich seam of material for the perceptive, intelligent stand-up' (Hyena Lounge Comedy Club).
