Thomas Heppell Band - Blues / Blues Rock

On Saturday 26th July we are looking forward to welcoming contemporary blues guitarist / singer-songwriter Thomas Heppell to Joe Joe Jims with his dynamic three-piece ensemble.

With a style encapsulating the heart of Blues, the energy of Rock & Roll, and the sophistication of Jazz, Thomas & the band will get your foot tapping to some good old classics, with a few familiar favourites and some originals, along the way. The musical journey of bandleader Thomas has seen him share the limelight with stalwarts such as Dan Patlansky, The Cinelli Brothers, Connor Selby, Brave Rival, Catfish, Robin Bibi, Chicken Shack, Mike Mayfield, and even household names like Anton du Beke of Strictly Come Dancing fame.

Thomas secured nominations at the UK Blues Awards in 2023 and 2024 - with nods for Best Young, Emerging, and Acoustic Blues Artist - and it's evident Thomas is a force to be reckoned with in the British Blues scene: don't miss this one folks!
