On Friday 23rd May we are pleased to welcome back to Joe Joe Jims the excellent Maz Mitrenko Band.
For blues-rock aficionados, Maz Mitrenko will need no introduction - but for the uninitiated, after many years working alongside the legendary Trevor Burton, guitarist/vocalist Maz formed The Maz Mitrenko Band in 2006 and they have gone from strength-to-strength, providing "a mixture of finely honed original songs alongside a range of classic blues and rock covers from the likes of Rory Gallagher and Jimi Hendrix".
The Band - also featuring bassist Pete Vickers (Tony McPhee, Andy Hart) and drummer Phil Brittle (The Band Of Joy, Quill) - has played hundreds of shows at venues and festivals all over the UK as well as two tours of the southern USA and are definitely not to be missed!

The Maz Mitrenko Band is a blues/rock band based in Birmingham UK. They have a fast growing following wherever they perform, whether it be in local venues or large festivals. Many people will know of Maz through his years with The Trevor Burton Band. Acoustic or electric, local guy Maz plays a mean Blues and can rock out with the best.
