The Bush Pilots – Classic Blues & RnB

If you enjoy your blues traditional, powerful and with a twist of boogie, then we have just the gig for you when The Bush Pilots make a welcome return to JJJ on the afternoon of Sunday 29th June.

The band comprises Gary Harper (vocals and guitar) and Rich Shelton (bass) - both of whom many of you will know from the excellent Vincent Flatts Final Drive - along with legendary drummer Tony Baylis (drums) who has played with a veritable 'who's who' of top local bands and musicians over the years. Each member has worked with many artists on the scene and create a traditional rhythm and blues sound.

The band will be performing numbers from legendary blues Kings; Freddie, Albert and BB, as well as some other quality R&B players in what will be a great gig from a group of top musicians, and it's all for a good cause too ... what's not to like?
