Sandy Ukulele Group - Halloween Rocks!

The Sandy Ukulele Group (SUGs) has been entertaining people for over 10 years from our base in Sandy, to London and the continent; from pub venues to major music festivals, our aim is to entertain. We encourage audience participation singing popular rock songs through to light blues from the 1950s to the 2000s. Rather than guitars, we use a balanced mix of electric and acoustic soprano, concert and tenor ukuleles. Whatever you can play on a guitar, you can play on a ukulele.

The first principle of SUGS is 'fun' and we have that in bucket loads. Be warned though, the ukulele bug is highly contagious!!

The Halloween gig at Biggleswade’s Bigg Theatre on 31st October is going to be something to remember. We hope the audience will ‘get on board’ and wear Halloween fancy dress. The best fancy dress costume wins a prize. Come as a spook, a pumpkin, the Grim Reaper, an undertaker or mad scientist, just come prepared for a terrific evening of entertainment.
