About the show

Axe Vale Arts is delighted to welcome The CiderHouse Rebellion. Dubbed as the ingenious masters of folk-improv, they have gained enviable reputation as a thrilling live act. Join us for a compelling evening of really fabulous music. Two gigs in one, every performance is a spontaneous act of composition, music created entirely in the moment, never to be repeated: a first set of powerhouse, fast moving folk, followed by a second set of gypsy jazz, with the band transforming into their alter egos, the Vagabonds.

"Two virtuoso musicians playing some of the most startling and original music you will ever encounter. Compelling, exciting and utterly original” Phil Beer, multi-instrumentalist and composer
