A barrowload of tasty swing/funk beets, brass, strings and the ukulele of a-barn-dance, Western Australia's Formidable Vegetable is a fresh harvest of hope in the tangled and overgrown mess of the world, enriching the soil of our minds and planting seeds of inspiration at every show. Having toured to over 20 countries and with seven records under their belt, the band is forging forth with their exciting new kind of musical activism for composting problems and growing abundant, community-scale solutions in their place.

Over the past decade, they have become a favourite around Australia and on international festival circuits, having played several times at Glastonbury and at some of the biggest events in the world alongside monumental acts such as Tame Impala, Dolly Parton and The Rolling Stones.
