Striking a fine balance between exciting arrangements and fiery solos, Redtenbacher's Funkestra never fails to delight with a feel-good, high-energy and original hybrid of funk, soul and jazz. Stefan Redtenbacher, a formally trained Austrian musician, brought the Funkestra together to create out and out spectacular funk. The 7-piece outfit features Stefan Redtenbacher -bass; Rob Taggart -keys; Simon Allen, Richard Beesley -sax; Quentin Collins - trumpet; Eran Kendler -guitar; Mike Sturgis -drums.
